Pastor Tim Kelly of Lewiston Baptist Church held a five-day music module at our church. Attendees were excited to learn the "why" behind the "what" of their music standards. Although not everyone who attended was musical, Pastor Kelly did an excellent job breaking music theory down into terms we all could understand. The Bible commands us to "Prove all things" (I Thessalonians 5:21) and we pray the ones who took this course will use their new-found knowledge to do just that! A couple excursions to see the beautiful Maine foliage were taken to give everyone mental breaks in between classes. It was a wonderful week, a lot was learned by all.
