Family Retreat this year marked an excited event; we celebrated our 20th year of retreats! Pastor Bickford adjusted the normal Family Retreat schedule to make this event extra special. Along with more services and the extended time at the retreat, attendees enjoyed looking at new wall-decor-verse-art, the Retreat Slideshows, a delicious cake, and the usual activities of shopping and walking to the local take out for ice cream. This year Lee Baptist Church celebrated Twenty Years of the Retreat Ministry. On Thursday and Friday evening we enjoyed reminiscing by sharing testimonies, praises, memories, and watching slideshows of the past 20 years. The first slideshow was of the first ten years, 2006-2016, and the second slideshow was of the next ten years, 2017-2026. We were able to host our Couples' Retreat 2026 in May this year. It was a treat to have nicer weather than we typically get when we've had the retreat in March or April. Several couples attended and enjoyed each other's fellowship along with a night away in a hotel. We praise the Lord for using our LBC Retreat Ministries in so many different ways and lives.
